More times than I can remember, I've been asked, "Well, if God is so loving then why were God's chosen people so strict with punishment?".
It's a great question for sure; if you're new to faith in Jesus Christ. Sadly, most of the time it's only an excuse a person uses so they don't feel guilty about continuing in the sin they love so much.
